I need opinions about ios 7?

Many of my friends have updated their iphones to the new ios 7, but some like it and some don't. I need some opinions on whether I should get it or not (: thanks.

Best buy product exchange plan?

Okay so back in march I bought the iPhone 5 32GB when I purchased it the employee talked me into buying the product exchange plan. He said and I quote "the product exchange plan doesn't cover screen damages or water damages" now that my battery life is terrible on my iPhone and my phone only charges when I have my cable on a certain side I was going to get it checked out. But when I went on the internet to see the coverages the fine print said "does no cover physical or accidental damages" I feel like I just got scaled to pay 13$ a month for nothing. If it doesn't cover physical damages or accidental damages then what does it cover? He also told me if I were to exchange my phone that it would be free and since the new iPhone 5s is out that I would get that it any other phone I wanted for free. And since I have the iPhone 5 the sides have started to chip from having my keys in my pocket and the side of the phone is crystallized and chips easier. There is also a phew scratches. If my phone were to have a terrible battery life or a button stopped working would they just say it's because of the chips and scratches. There are no screen damages at all. Please tell me what the PEP covers I'm very concerned

Best thing to use for writing or taking notes?

I'm a rapper, looking for something I can take notes and write songs on and still easily keep on me and be able to save whatever I was writing and it needs to be more portable than a computer because I'm in school and can't pull out a computer whenever I think of something and I don't like the notepad for the iPhone but if there's an app that would be better I'd take that to, thanks in advance I really need one of these

My iPhone locked me out and stopped working?

I was just getting off school the other day and heading to work, so I thought I would listen to some music. I opened up the YouTube app, but before I could search anything the app crashed. I tried all the other apps with the same issue, and as I was trying again to open the YouTube app, my phone locked itself. I tried again, and again, but it would not accept my password at all, it wouldn't even let me access emergency calls. After a while, the lock screen stopped showing up at all! I know it has power because when I switch it to silent I can feel it vibrate, i've tried charging it, and I cant turn it off! Please help! Whats going on with it? What should I do?

Can I sue Apple for not cooperating with the police?

Hi there, let me explain what happened to me, so we'll see if you can advice me or not.

On friday 20th september a huge moron stole my iPhone right from my hand, and I couldn't catch him. I called the police, and they now have a regular filled form with my denounce, my details, my IMEI, my serial number, and everything.
I have also signaled my mobile as stolen to the Apple itself. Their spectacular "find my iPhone" app is seeing my phone as "offline", of course, because all it takes is switching it off and/or resetting it.

Some days ago, when I was on my Apple online account, I decided to register my mobile by any chance, just to see if it would change anything. And SURPRISE! My mobile's serial number results as associated to ANOTHER Apple ID which is not mine!

I told the Apple, they said they can't check anything unless the police asks them to. I told the police, they said they were going to contact the Apple. The Apple said the police they "can't help", and that I should check every now and then if my mobile results "online" on their app. The fact is, they know better than you and I, that if the serial number is associated to another ID, this can only mean they HAVE RESETTED it, and thus the mobile CANNOT EVER result "online", because it's now referring to a different ID, not my one anymore.

I told the police that the Apple is deliberately choosing not to cooperate, without a single good reason, and they still won't answer me.

So my conclusions: the Apple can without any doubt check who is the person's ID connected to my mobile right now, and tell the police (NOT ME, I understand I have no right to know any detail of this person, of course!) so that they can find them and recover my phone. The Apple just refuses to cooperate with the police without any good reason.

Can I do anything about this ridiculous situation? Can I sue the Apple?
