As a competitive swimmer at 14 I have practices at like 5 30 in morning but I've always been a competitive swimmer and need to lose some pounds and I've been eating healthy and exercising and doin traitholons lately but I'm not seeming to get anywhere I just need a plan too really help.also I've tries apps on my iPhone that tracks my calories and nothing seems to do it… please help
