Heyy I'm having a silly mid life crisis. I'm not sure if I should buy Iphone 4 or buy all the other stuff I want, like manicure, new school bag, clothes, make up, the adorable scarf I really want. What do you think?

Ps. I live in Iceland and everything here is much more expensive.
Manicure costs like 40 bucks here (gel nails) and the scarf I want 114 bucks. :/
Also Iphone costs about 681 bucks, but I could get one for 401 (one year old Iphone).
So what do you think???
