I have a iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1.1. I need to update it to iOS 7.1.2 because apps are beginning to crash. I am worried that the update will delete my stuff, especially my contacts and my photos. I have backed up on iTunes but I'm not sure if this includes photos and contacts.
