i have an iphone 4 i recently dropped it and when picked it up the phone turned off so i turned it back on and now it just seems to stay only on when its plugged into the wall but only for a short period of time because it turns off it no longer charges at all and i have no wifi or bars it just show that its searching for signal does anybody know what this could be?

no signal
no bars
no charging
doesnt stay on
