My boyfriend and I are fighting and my texts are going through and say they're delivered, and my calls won't go through, it says the person you are calling cannot receive calls at this time sorry for the inconvenience. I downloaded a texting app and got a different number and called him, and it still says the same thing, also called from an unknown. What does it mean?
