I want to get the photos off my broken iPhone?

So I smashed my iPhone 4S, the screen is shattered, the back came off and the battery came out ( Of course is doesn't turn on ). I've tried plugging my phone into the computer to get the photos off. Any ideas? I want to get the photos off my broken iPhone
