I have a iPhone 6 and for some reason when I use any app (snapchat, vine, etc.), YouTube, type, even when I take a screenshot there is no sound but when I go to ringtones and click on any of them then yea I can hear them. It's not on silent mode I even reset the phone but nothing. Any ideas on what can I do?
