I bought my iPhone 5S in America and now am in China for vacation. Recently my phone started acting up and I think I need to restore through iCloud. I read online and it sas I need a SIM card present. I have my SIM card but since I am in a different country and I do not have international coverage, I am wondering if the restoring process will work. Please help and give advice cos idk what to do.
