I've bought what i believe to be a fake iPhone on ebay(paid via pay pal) I've had it two months now and the screen randomly popped out. I've noticed the sliver board that should be underneath/attached to the screen is not there and there is dried glue all over the inside of the phone. When i bought it i was also promised a 12 month warranty, ive emailed them but that haven't reply and its been days(adds to my suspicion). However I've been told that if i complain to ebay and or pay pal they will refund my money as I've been sold a fake when it was advertised as a genuine apple product. Is this true?
