Does anye know what racing game I'm talking about?

I downloaded it a while back, I think I got it from free app of the day or something. Anyways it's a car racing game but every thing is black and only the outlines of objects are neon. So your car is a red neon outline I think and the opponent's car might be orange? Btw the point of view you see it from is like just above the car so you see the top of your car and ahead of you, NOT a bird's eye view or a side view or anything. I've been looking for the game for a few months now. Thanks!
