Added (1). I dropped my iPhone today and now have black and blue stripes on my screen.
the most recent laptop that i backed up too has been stolen in the last few weeks and so I am want to try and back up my iphone to the PC.
Problem is I need to access my iPhone to give my PC permission to sync.
