So I sold my old iPhone online, my friend checked it first and assured me it was unlocked but the buyer has just gifted it to her son for Christmas and it s not unlocked. It s a complete nightmare! The original sim is now in my new phone and the old iPhone is with this woman so I can t put the original sim in the old phone, it s from Vodafone and they require account holder info and an IMEI number found by calling a number. I d be calling that number from my new phone with my old sim so I m not sure how this would unlock the old phone? I am in desperate need of help!
