Is my Quotev account disabled?

Today, I tried logging in to my Quotev account, but it says "There was a temporary problem loading this page. Some content may not display correctly and some options may not work." and then they say my email or username is wrong, but I know that it's not! This is the first time that has happened, I tried logging in with my iPad and iPhone, but it still relay the same message. If someone tried reporting me, I don't know what I did wrong because I have never pissed anyone off. And the people there all seem like nice people, so I don't know why. I tried sending the email to reset my password, but it says that the email wasn't found in their system…
