Something wrong with my Credit Report?

Hi, so here s my situation. Yesterday I went to Sprint to buy an iPhone on a lease, as the guy put my info in the computer he said that my information would not appear, like my credit score was just not showing up. He even called like the main sprint people and they to could not find anything. I am obviously the real me. I gave them all the correct information. I was wondering if anyone knows why something like this would happen. I also had applied to credit karma earlier that day (it's a website that tells you your credit score) . So I was thinking maybe the information can't be pulled by two different sources in the same day? If you feel like you know please help me out.
