Ok this isn't like a normal crash. When I'm texting someone and then I tap the messages app in the top left corner of the screen the button goes darker to show I tapped it but then it freezes and goes back to my springboard or home screen. PLEASE HELP!
P.S. I've already done a hard reset. And turn on and off
