So here's what happened, me & some security guard got into a small argument.So she calls the police and while they were arresting me they slammed me on the ground and my phone was sliding out of my hands while they were putting me in handcuffs I shouted "Get my phone please" they didn't listen. And when my phone fell out of my hands there was nothing I could do about it because I was in handcuffs, it was dark ect.So about 4 minutes later I asked them have they seen my phone so they went to the area where they arrested me and the phone was nowhere to be found. This was at a school btw. What do I do? Should I just give up on trying to find it & just replace it or???
