The west has led the world in Reason, Individual rights and Science & Technology while Islam has generally behaved badly.
Reason and individual rights has led to science and technology too numerous to mention from aspirin to x-rays to anti-biotics to a cure for polio to automobiles to television to the space travel to the iphone and EVERYTHING in between.
Has Islam made ANY contribution to humanity?
NOTE: Please don't say oil. Oil was discovered, drilled and refined by the west. The only thing the Muslim Arabs did was sign a document assuring them their royalties.
