Okay so I used to have an ipod and HTC smart phone. Today I just got a Iphone 4 and they transferred all my contacts. When I got home I backed up my iphone to my old ipod so I had all the apps still and it deleted all my contacts.It still has my contacts from my ipod but its only old ones. I don't know what to do to get my contacts back! Please help and give detailed instructions
