Basically my phone broke and the dude working near the Genius Bar swapped it for a new one. And then I had to turn off 'find my iPhone' before they gave it to me. And to do that I had to log in thru my apple id. I tried logging on and it wouldn't because I hadn't verified it.So i asked the guy to re send me a verification email but he was like 'no I can't, u have to call customer service. Then after a while of us stressing and logging on to hotmail trying to find the email, the guy eventually did it himself and re sent the email. WTF? If he could do it so easily then why did he take so long?
