So say I downloaded 2 apps and they both said unable to download at this time. I turn off my iPhone 4 and turn it back on and download one of the apps and it downloads both, but when I try to download another app it says the same thing: "Unable to download at this time." and everytime I try to download an app it says that and I keep having to reboot! HELP PLEASE!
