So I have just received an iPhone 4s. I backed up all of my data from my last phone so everything is on here. In the top left of my phone it says Verizon and how many bars I have but when I try to go on safari offline it doesn't let me. I have cellular data on in settings but it doesn't change anything. I do have data on for safari so I know that's not the problem. I have data on for all of my apps. Does that change anything? I need answers quick. I'm going on a road trip in about three hours and I need data. Any help?!
