Would You Trade an iPhone 5 64GB for an HTC One M8?

I have an iPhone 5… Someone offered to trade it for an HTC One M8

I think the iphone features are top of the line for its time, which is the year 2012 and is just as fine today in 2015. Apple gives updates to even old phones, though im scared it might be near its last iOS update for iphone 5… Also I hate iTunes. Having to go through it everytime i wanna touch music or videos is a pain.

The HTC M8 is a phone from year 2014. Has a bigger screen. Runs on on Android, so no iTunes needed. The specs are comparable to iphone 6 "almost"… Downside, the camera. Only 4mp. Though its ultrapixels,whatever that means. Pictures look decent from what iv see on youtube, but not the best.

I would easily take the M8… But the camera makes me nervous. Thats the most important part. Other than that the M8 wins.
