So my mom had some keyboard flip phone and lost it but never canceled the phone so it been 2 years and she got the whole "you have an upgraded available" and now that she saw that just can get a new phone she wants the iphone 6 but I don't have AT&T so I have no idea what to do I know you can go into the store and do it or do it online. And she know her account stuff so we can get her one but I don't know what to do
Can just upgrade even know she does not have the other phone?(her phone and iphone has different sim cards)
