Someone brought an iPhone of me on Ebay, we agreed on first class postage as they said it was okay.
It's been 10 days and she is telling me she never received the phone.
What do I do?
She said she will complain to Ebay, will they take the money out of my bank account without my consent? (I dont have any money in there) or what?
I definitely sent the phone.
I will Record Deliver everything next time but can I really get into any legal troubles over this?
