I took more paracetamol tablets and I haven't got my iPhone 5C because it's been taken all the way to Essex for evidence in an investigation. I haven't got a SIM Card in my spare phone and I can't use the landline downstairs because the signal downstairs is awful. I'm now starting to experience abdominal pain and I don't know if I can treat it myself. I'm also too afraid to call an Ambulance. What should I do?
