My storage ran out on my iPhone 4s it said I used up my 5 gb so I phoned apple and changed my iCloud storage plan from 5 gb to 50 gb I then went to reinstall some of the apps I had to delete because of storage and it wouldn't let me because my general storage is separate from my iCloud storage so I have 50 gb with nothing backed up to iCloud and my general storage full with 5 gb so I want to have all the apps I download backed up to iCloud but I don't know how to?
