I went onto the app store and saw there were updates for some of the ones I have.
I went on and it said I had to agree to the terms of service before I could update anything.
I decided to do it later as I always like to look through this stuff before doing anything to understand everything and tapped on cancel.
Now my app store has been frozen on that screen for the last few hours.
I tried leaving it alone thinking maybe letting it sit locked would reset it to the main page of the app store but that hasn't worked.
