My boyfriend and brother were together at waltmart and my brother decide to break a iPhone case and steal 3 of them. My boyfriend was next to him but he didn t had nothing on him. Officer knew that my boyfriend didn t steal nothing cause he didn t carry any item but in the paper they give to both of them they put he was carrying the iPhone cases they put the same thing as my brother. They have to go to court in a month. My boyfriend is 18 and my brother 17. We live in North Carolina. What could happened to them? I m nervous and worry about them.
