I've been in America for 10 years, unfortunately illegal due that my father had some health issues.
I'm applying to get a visa (tourist)to visit Miami and buy some stuff. Mac books, Iphones and etc.
I'm going with my mother. I heard an information that if I returned before 18 I could have a possible return so I'm not consider an non grata.
Can you inform me the odds of something going wrong or a possible Denial? And if the is, can I ever do back someday I really like the country.
