So i tried to install the new update on my phone, when it was right at the end it came up with the connect to iTunes screen, I plugged it into iTunes and it said there s a problem so I needed to update or restore it through iTunes, when i click update it comes up with unknown error (1671), I really don t want to lose any pictures but I even tried to restore it and it came up with the same error. I need my phone for uni and I pay a lot of money for it, there is no apple store in my town any advice would be grateful
