I used to just connect it with the charger and it would pop up on itunes but now when i plug it in a windows 10 thing for options pops up but on itunes it doesnt, as if it doesnt recognize that a device is plugged in
I hit file and devices and the options arent available bc it doesnt seem to know the iphone is plugged in but my computer does
