How to save iPhone 5s from water? Already tried most things?

My phone fell in the toilet and I got it out in less than 3 seconds… I put it in rice for about an hour, then heated it up and blew wind to better evaporate the water then put it back in water for about 10 hours…
When I turned it on… I got the low battery sign… So I thought I was good.
I then tried to charge it, though it showed me the charging sign on screen… After a good 10 mn the phone got hot and nothing could appear on screen… Not even the low battery sign!
So to be safe… I just put it back in rice.
What s going on and how do I get my phone to work again now? Is it over?
