How to fix iphone after rerstoring it on itunes?

Basically my iphone was stolen from me a few months ago I didn t have it connected to my icloud and I got a new iphone, new photos etc and connected it to my Icloud. I connected it to my itunes today to sync some music onto it and it wouldn t let me so I clicked restore Iphone not realizing what it would do and It upgraded my iphone and when it turned back one verything from my new phone is gone and all the stuff from my old one is back on it. I mean I m glad to have everything back but I really would like my phone to be back the way it was. How can I reverse this?
Added (1). Edit: now its even acting like an iphone 4s! How can i fix this
