I have an iPhone 4 running on iOS 9, with no service. I was attempting to activate both facetime and imessage. Imessage and facetime both say waiting for activation under settings. However, imessage is working perfectly. When ever I try to make a facetime call it instantly says call failed. I even had my friend try to facetime me and it said unavalible for facetime. Are there any solutions too this?
