I got a new phone today and someone is meant to be buying this phone tomorrow so i went to factory reset the phone but when i did it went completely black and wouldn't turn on or do anything. I plugged it into my computer and went on iTunes, it told me my phone was in recovery mode and that i need to restore it through iTunes and so i did. 2 hours of waiting went by and when it was finished it said my iPhone was not "eligible". Has anyone else had this problem?
