Change automatic e-mail for iTunes Store sign-in on iPhone 5S?

I would like to update an app on my phone (iPhone 5S). However, when I go into the App Store then go to "Uploads" and click on "Update All" a box pops up asking for the password of my OLD e-mail (which I am unable to change) (we'll call it e-mail A). However, when I go into my phone's settings and go to "App Store" I have updated my sign-in info to be my NEW e-mail (a whole different iTunes account) (e-mail B). How can I get the pop-up to have my updated NEW e-mail?

Furthermore, I know for a fact I am typing in the correct password to this OLD e-mail but it keeps saying "Verification Failed."
