I have two iPhone 7 Pluses (both Rose Gold) but one I purchased and one was given to me in a giveaway. I wanted to gift it to my brother but I don't think he would like Rose Gold. It's perfectly sealed and untouched but it was not purchased directly from Apple. I am wondering if I could request to exchange it for a matte black one at an Apple store. Would I need paperwork? And if so, what do I need? I just want to change colours. SOrry if the answer is obvious but I just want to be certain. Thanks.
