Yesterday, my phone stopped having service, then it kept restarting on and off. I tried updating the ios when the restarting finally stopped, but it led to a black screen that said I needed to connect to itunes to update. After that, my phone literally didn't have a phone number (it didn't display any in the phone app and in settings it was "unknown"). After shutting it off and restarting again, it turned back to normal, only to go on a restarting loop again. What is happening?
