Galaxy S3 vs IPhone 4S vs Galaxy Note?

I have an iPhone 4S and I wanted to trade for either a Galaxy S3 or a Galaxy note but I'm not sure about it. Can anyone tell me if it would be smart, which one to trade for and why. Thanks
