Yesterday my iPhone 5 got a little wet (not soaked or completely submerged) after I got caught in the rain and water seeped through my purse. I left it in rice in the off position overnight, and it seems fine except for a patch on the screen where the water seeped in.In other words, the phone screen looks a little off, but everything seems to be working perfectly for the time being.
What I want to know is, is this too good to be true? Will my phone eventually start corroding and deteriorate to the point where it no longer works? I can live with a spot on the screen, but not if it starts spazzing out on me. Thanks!
