My phone may have minor water damage. When I charge the phone, it will not turn on, but it does warm up from the charge. When I plug it into my Mac, an error message shows up saying "The USB device is using to much power, we have disabled it, to prevent damage to your computer", which shows me that there is some life left in my Iphone 4S. Will Apple fix a phone if I do not have insurance through my provider?
Also, are there any tips/ideas as to what could be wrong with my phone?
