Ever since apple sent my phone the message of "the new IOS7 is here" my phone stopped functioning normally. I was downloading IOS7 and now my phone won't turn on. Guess what? This was yesterday.My phone was functioning perfectly yesterday until the update. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO!!!
