So I just upgraded to iPhone 4 to iPhone 5s with Verizon. So unfortunately they didn't sent me an activation guide.
So when I set up my phone, my iPhone 5s doesn't have my mobile number and it says "unknown, but my iPhone 4 has my number in place. I tested it out and my bro sent me a text and it went straight to my iPhone 4, and my 5s didn't receive anything. Strange.
I looked it up and it said my previous phone was supposed to be turned off. Is that true?
Could I restore my iPhone 5s and start over? Is that possible?
How do I get out of this predicament? Any suggestions?
