I just got my boyfriend an iPhone 4S a couple days ago. The problem we are having, is his phone sends messages out as an iMessage but recieves messages as a text. So for example, when he texts me, on my end, it shows up as an iPhone but then when I send him a message it sends as a text and is green, not blue. I have iMessage turned on in settings and he has his phone and email both set for iMessage. This is very frustrating. Any ideas how to fix it?
