When I try to play videos in safari, chrome… There is a little play button that has a diagonal line that crosses over the video not allowing me to play videos on sites. I did a power cycle, complete phone reset (I did not do a backup from iCloud or anything) erased all setting in safari and videos from any website will not play.
I have an iPhone 4S with the latest software update.
