So I've had this phone since July of 2012 and my upgrade is this year. I have to wait for my upgrade to get a new phone but my 4 is spazzing. It makes the keyboard disappear at random times, the keyboard has missing letters at times, I can't see my messages unless someone texts me, all my apps crash all the time, and the phone freezes constantly. I don't know what to do and this is getting annoying.
