So you think this is reliable?

I was planning on getting a new battery for my iPhone 4s. I'm sort of scared to purchase one on eBay bc online it says how cheap batteries are dangerous an can blow up. This one is the highest priced one but it looks like all the other cheap ones. Do you think that if I bought this and watched a YouTube tutorial and replaced it myself that it would be safe. Please tell me bc I want to replace the battery but I don't know if this isn't a dangerous move.
