IPhone 5s Apple Store very slow?

I think it would've had to do with downloading Facebook, getting Facebook back, deleting it, getting it back, deleting it, getting it back until finally deleting it once and for all! Now I am not able to download, can someone help me? IPhone 5s Apple Store very slow
