I got an iPhone 4 from my friend. They forgot the passcode and set it into Disable mode. The screen says to Connect to iTunes. I created an iTunes account, however this is not the same account nor computer as the last. I have tried everything. When I connect the phone to iTunes, it says "To allow access, respond on your iPhone…" which I am not aware of how to do. My phone also will not enter "Recovery Mode". This IS urgent. Thank you.
